So today's my first day of vacation, and it should prove to be a busy one as we plan to move out early tomorrow morning for our adventure, and i have alot to do. Two shirts to reconstruct, grocery shopping and a suitcase to pack as we plan to stay out at least one night at a hotel. Ive already finished my husbands shirt.
The iron I managed to bye for $2.50 got a lot of use with this one. After tracing a pattern out onto my pattern paper, or what i use as pattern paper( a roll of sturdy water resistant paper almost like slick wallpaper) I made sure to cut and sew as close to the original shirt as possible making adjustment as need. I cut and ironed a piece of the tie-dye to use as the bias around the neck line. The end results fit perfectly and I definitely plan to reuse the pattern later. Tata for now, time to get to works.
